
Mr. Issam Fakhriddin – President
Founder and CEO of Atico Fakhriddin Group, a leading hospitality company in Jordan and the Middle East. Its main activities include investing in and operating hotels and resorts, in addition to a variety of restaurants and cafes. Fakhriddin has 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, and holds a Master's degree in Marketing and Human Resources Development, a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, and a diploma in Hotel Management. He also serves as Chairman of the Jordan Restaurants Association and Vice Chairman of the Jordan Tourism Association.

Mr. Ali Armoush - Board Member
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Switzerland in 1983. He founded several companies in the fields of maritime transport and trade in several countries, including Jordan, Egypt, Iraq, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Cyprus. He also co-founded Armoush for Tourism Investments, where he serves as Vice Chairman of the Board. This company is responsible for developing the McDonald's brand in Jordan for the past twenty years.

Mr. Haitham Zaid Al-Qusous - Board Member
He graduated from the University of Toronto in Canada with a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Operations Management. He worked for several years in the hotel industry in both Toronto and Ireland. He currently holds the position of General Manager and Partner at Zaid Jamil Al-Qusous & Co., which owns a variety of restaurants, including the Romero Group, Living Well, Safra, Umm Qais Rest Area, the Aqaba Yacht Club, and other restaurants in Toronto. He previously served as a member of the Tourism Committee from 2012 to 2014, and is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the JARA Association and a member of the local council in the Zahran Security Center.

Mr. Hassan Abdullah Abu Al-Filat - Board Member
Hassan and Hussam Abu Al-Filat Company was established in 1989 under the name "The Ocean Center for Fresh Fish", and it is a leading company in its field in Jordan. The company currently has 650 trained employees and manages more than 20 branches of its restaurants. The company imports fish and seafood from all over the world, and sells it under its well-known brand to hotels, restaurants and supermarkets. The company is also currently working on establishing a factory specialized in canning and packaging fish to meet the needs of its branches and local and international markets. The company is a member of the Jordan Businessmen Association, the East Amman Industrial Investors Association, and the Palestinian Jordanian Business Forum.

Mr. Waddah Daoudi - Board Member
He received a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from Florida Atlantic University, and was a former commander in the Royal Jordanian Air Force. He is the founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Catering and Support Services Company Limited, which was established in 2005 and includes 4 Kababji Jordan restaurants (3 in Amman and one in Fuhais, which will open soon) and a coffee shop. He also founded Waddah Daoudi & Partners Company in 1991, which opened the first informal Italian restaurant in Amman, Mamma Mia.

Mr. Bassam Nayef Ka'oush - Board Member
Bassam Nayef Ka'oush, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Sharq Abu Ahmad Restaurants Company (established in 1958), and the third-generation owner of Abu Ahmad and Fair restaurants. He holds certificates in hotel and restaurant management from Beirut and Durham College. He held leadership positions in the hospitality sector as Chairman of the Restaurants and Sweets Union and the Jordan Restaurants Association, and served as a consultant to the Jordan Hotels Association and the "Amoun" Hotel and Tourism Education Company. He also headed the National Team for the preparation of training programs for the hospitality sector, and was a consultant to the Arab Tourism Organization and a lecturer in the sector.
