Started in the 1950 the Hosh family relationship with chocolate was & still is a flourishing love affair. The business went though a number of phases where it grew from strength to strength. Today the Professional manufacturers for Chocolate & Confectionary (PMC)is a major producer & distributor of chocolate in Jordan & the region. The PMC factory, situated just outside Amman, is built & equipped with the latest in chocolate manufacturing machinery.

s from simple chocolate bars to exquisitely filled chocolates. Our production lines are fully automated minimizing any human intervention & maximizing efficiency. The factory produces chocolate in many forms including pralines in many shapes & with different fillings, catering chocolate bars & blocks, chocolate chips & hazelnut chocolate spread.
PMC is currently ISO 2000 & HACCAP certified & is working towards getting other international certifications & awards to ensure the highest standards & conditions in the chocolate industry
