The Vocational Training Corporation (VTC) has signed a series of MOUs with several local companies and institutions in the tourism restaurant and logistics sectors. This initiative aims to strengthen joint cooperation in training and employment, thereby opening new opportunities for young job seekers.
The agreements were signed with a number of partners, including Hassan and Hossam Abu Al-Filat Private Limited Shareholding Company, Al-Muhit Fresh Fish Center, Balconat Al-Madina, Al-Fursan Company for Desert Trips and Challenge Adventures / Beit Shaker Restaurant, Al-Rabhan Logistics Company, Bin Al-Ameed Company, and Kunooz Advertising Company. The signing was attended by Ms. Eliana Bishara Ja'neini, Director General of the Jordanian Restaurants Association.
The MOUs are focused on collaboration in executing professional and technical training programs at various levels and leveraging the capabilities of both parties to develop curricula and educational materials. They also include provisions for exchanging data and information related to the labor market and its professional requirements, which will contribute to enhancing networking with the private sector and creating suitable job opportunities.
Furthermore, the agreements cover cooperation in improving the efficiency of the workforce for both sides and hiring qualified graduates who demonstrate exceptional performance during their training, in accordance with established policies and procedures and based on the availability of job vacancies with the partner companies.
These partnerships align with the VTC's strategic plan and the Economic Modernization Vision (2026–2029), particularly through initiatives related to the vocational and technical training sector. They are designed to reinforce the VTC's role in preparing and qualifying national talent and providing greater opportunities for youth in the labor market.
