The Jordanian Restaurants Association (JRA), in cooperation with the Ministries of Tourism and Antiquities, and Industry, Trade, and Supply, organized an open forum on inspection mechanisms for tourist restaurants and the governing legislation.
The meeting saw active participation from members of the Tourism Establishments Awareness, Guidance, and Control Unit, and a distinguished presence of tourist restaurant owners.
It resulted in a detailed clarification of the inspection mechanisms, an explanation of the Law on Oversight and Inspection of Economic Activities, in addition to a constructive dialogue between participants and experts. The participants discussed the challenges facing the tourism restaurant sector and proposed innovative solutions.
This meeting comes within the framework of the association's keenness to strengthen the partnership between the public and private sectors and achieve a more integrated vision for developing the tourism sector and improving the quality of the tourism product in Jordan
